My brother nose NCCT PNS. * polypoidal soft tissue densities are seen in bilateral ethmoid sinuses. Inferiority, it is extending into the nasal cavities merging with density of nasal turbinates (R>L). Superiorly it is merging with the soft tissue density within right frontal and sphenoid sinus. Laterally merging with the soft tissue density within the right maxillary sinus. Hyperdensities seen within? Inspissated secretions * Left maxillary and left frontal sinuses are clear. * No evidence of any bony destruction seen. * Bilateral infratemporal fossa are clear. * Bilateral pterygopalatine fossa.
