Sounds like you have caries/ decayed tooth in back region of your mouth either in lower or upper jaw which may need a treatment i. E. Either a restoration but as sensitivity to cold is there I think you may need a root canal treatment but for that you need to see a nearby dentist and get it restored/filled at earliest before it leads to more problem.
