Hi lybrate-user, can you please tell me what is your height? if you want to gain healthy weight we need to work on your lean muscle mass. Can you please tell me what is your daily food routine from morning to evening? if you are a non vegeterian you can start your day with 3 slices of multigrain bread with 2-3 egg white omlette. You can also have a glass of whey protein with milk (you can opt for optimum nutrition whey protein). In lunch you can have normal dal, rice/ roti, mushroom sabzi or mix veg sabzi and curd. In the evening at around 5: 00 pm you can have 1-2 besan cheela or moong dal cheela witha cup of tea or coffee. At night you can have grilled chicken with roti or soya granules or nuggets with roti.
