Sleep related question. Dr. I am not able to fall asleep quickly and if that happens my legs starting feeling slight pain. What can I do?

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, you must do some sort of physical exercises in the morning or evening. Say for about 45 minutes. Also learn meditation. You should try to concentrate with deliberation on your respiration when you go to bed. Once you are trained. Your problem will go away. Take care.
