Hi, I am age 27 male height 6 ft wt is 95kg please suggest what weight should be ?some diet tips I am working as a software engginer my work timings evening 5: 00 pm to 2: 30am so please tell me suggestion my daily activities I wake up at9: 00am I go gym at10 to 12 before go gym I eat badham akrut and honey with lemon hot water after 12 to 1: 30i cook brown rice with dall or otes or upma alternaye days daily change the meal structure or I eat cucumber and carrot and popaya only any of this and I will sleep till2: 00 to 4: 00 I go office 7: 00 coffie night 11: 00 fruitsalad like mango, pinapple, apple, popaya, slices this my daily activityes and diet I follow please let me know the any changes reqired or any suggestion thank you.

Your diet is not coinciding with activities and time of day. The more you fast or stay on fruits etc you will gain weight. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
