I am male 25 due to excessive heavy schedule and I live alone not with family I didn't eat so many times lunch properly so could you suggest me for a best breakfast contents so I have whole day nutrition. And it will also cheaper in price.

There is no shortcut in our life. So think and plan accordingly your daily routine in life. Take bread or oats and juice or milk or plain noodles. You also need to be aware that every person needs atleast 3 meals daily to live healthy. So take lunch always even if you are late. Sometimes you may also eat rotis. Drink plenty of fluids. You may take something as bread alongwith sugarcane juice which is very cheaply available.
