Dear sir, I am 25 years old mother. I am having 2 years old daughter, she is not ready to eat food like dal-bhat and chapati. She eats with her mood. For health we are normally soaking 2 almonds at hall night and in the morning we are pealing almonds with milk and boiling the same until almonds get mixed very well. Twice in a week we are doing this. But is this ohk in this summer weather? Because of hot weather should we need to stop or having no problem. Please let me know doctor.

Let her eat according to her choice prepared at home. Don't force her to eat dal etc but she can be offered items prepared wit cereals and pulses. You may give more than 2 almonds. If she can chew, give her almond as such and other dry fruits too in any whether.

Follow few tips don't run after kid for food let them run after you. Give whatever food prepare at home. Get them involved in cooking process, like washing, peeling, sorting of vegetables. Not to entertain whole gas is on. Don't give them choice. Reward them for eating the food quickly. Switch off tv mobile while eating.
