I am getting fatty day by day. I am not eating fast food much. But the weight is increasing. Please let me know what can I do so that to reduce the weight.

It is not very difficult to lose weight. You just have to eat little less and exercise little more. Eat cucumbers, bottle gourd vegetable and two fruits daily. Go grain free for one meal daily. Drink 10-12 glasses of water which include plain water, buttermilk and green tea. Take isabgol every night for 15 days to clear your stomach. Walk for 30 minutes which include 8-10 minutes of jog. It is as simple as that best of luck.
