hello your mother and u need not worry, diabetic medicines work effectively with regular exercise like walking or yoga and stretching together with healthy balanced diet. include foods like green tea, tea-coffee without sugar, diluted salted lassi, lemon water, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, tomato, kakri, cabbage; fruits like watermelon, melon. she can start her day with 5 almonds soaked overnight and 4 whole black pepper alongwith green tea and an apple. also she should take green tea before going to bed. avoid foods like mango, banana, arbi, zimikand, cheeku. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. thank u
