I work for 8 hours daily. Due to that I have constant pain in my shoulder. Any tips to avoid this.

Due to your constant working posture, thhe shoulder pain you are getting, but that can be reduced by following few tips like, doing few spcfc exercises like shoulder rotations, hand movements, neck rotations, etc, which will be needed to go through some experts's training like under yoga, gym, physiotherapy. After getting idea, for few sessions, you can do on your own @home, better to do, 2-3 times /day, at your convenient time. Try to keep the laptop or desktop& to your neck, back, with proper alighnment.

Hi do some general exercises like moving you r shoulder up down n sides. And do some stretching exercises.
