My weight is below 50 kg and my age is above 25. I want to increase my weight upto 55 kg in 2 months. Can you please suggest me some ideas? I am taking normal diet plans.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.
