Hi am from punjab like we knw oily food harmful for over body but I do not care it in past but at present am suffer from it and my wight gain to much high please help mee.

Hello lybrate-user, all food groups are essential for the body, carbohydrate (cereals, pulses, fruits&vegetables) and proteins (milk, meat, fish, poultry) give only 4 calories/gram however fats (oils, ghee, butter) give 9 calories/gram and so they need to be taken in very small quantity for weight loss.
