No mam. You should brush atleast twice a day but with a proper technique. Not to use a hard bristle brush but prefer a medium bristle brush and be gentle to your teeth. Hard brushing causes damage more and less advantage other than that please brush minimum twice a day. Good day mam.
Brushing at least twice daily, morning after after waking up, and at night before going to bed, is the standard practice which must be followed for maintaining a good oral hygiene. Massage with finger is beneficial for improving the blood supply of your gums, and can be an addition to your hygiene practice ; however, it must not replace tooth-brushing.
Brushing twice daily does not harm teeth. It is a myth.

it's a myth. you should brush twice daily with the ultra soft bristle brush. your finger will not be able to reach the area between your teeth. do food will accumulate there leading to decay n gum infection.
