I have fluctuating Sugars. Fasting: 98 to 116. PP: 124 to 136. What care I should take also suggest a non-veg diet plan. I have stopped eating Rice as well as potatoes.

The sugar levels stated in your question are quite stable and if you reduce your weight about 72 kgs and go for regular walking exercises then everything should be under control. You can eat non veg occasionally but without much oils or fats and continue with your low carbohydrate (Sugar, Rice, Potato) diet.
