Actually I can't sleep properly now a days, this problem started 2- 3 months ago, when I started seeing movies late till night but now also when I don't use to do so and I try to sleep but I am unable to sleep near about 1: pm What can I do!

Dear:- your routine working time is not ok. Take regullar aerobic exercises, coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water. Late night studying is not good for u. Retier to bed before 11.0 pm take sufficient sleep of atleast 6 hours. Avoid porn videos.
