Hi. I have trouble getting up early in the morning also when I get up I feel little tired and exhausted. Is there any way I can get up by 6.30 am after sleeping at 11-11.30 and also feel fresh after getting up. I need some quality sleep. Pls suggest.

Ideally you have to go to bed at 10.30 pm latest to be able to rise at 6.30 am the next morning. (8 hours sleep). I suggest that you do some light exercise after your dinner, take a bath (need not wet your hair) and go to bed. I am sure you will get 8 hours sound sleep & wake up fresh next morning!
