I am 21 year old male. I am physically very weak. My weight is 58 kg and height is 5 feet 10 inches. It starts headache if I pick up heavy object weighing more that 20 kg. During workout at the gym I cannot pick 10 kg dumble. I started doing gym 3-4 months ago and I am having a good balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins, njcleic acids and other essential nutrients. But there is no effect on my body. Even I am getting weaker day by day. I also do not have any kind of problem or stress. I always keep myself happy and free from any kind of problem.. In studies I cannot concentrate properly. I just use my phone all the time. I already have broken my 2 phones due to this issue but still I am addicted to my phone. Whenever I try to study I feel sleepy whether it is morning, noon, evening or night. I use to sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily not during day time but only in night.
