I am a 20 years old boy and my weight is 82 and height 5.9 inches. I am doing jogging+walking=2.75 km every day. I am doing it from last 6 days. How much should I do in a day? Is that enough to reduce weight.

Hye. Thank you for your query. The amount of exercise you do should be as per your comfort. If you are exercising too much getting exhausted it does not benefit as you end up stressing the body which will not be helpful for weight loss. You can start with about 50 minutes to an hour of exercise per day for 5 to6 days a week. You can increase the intensity as per your improvement in stamina.
