I am 9 month pregnant and last weak my legs have so much swelling how can it be less? and what should be done for normal delivery.

High bp, hypoproteinaemia, thyroid/ kidney problems should be ruled out. It may just be fluid retention in dependent parts, try not to keep legs dangling for long, use a foot rest. Do not stand for long. For normal delivery if all other conditions of baby n mother are favourable, please stay active, do slow walking, light antenatal exercises everyday. Avoid fat and excessive weight gain.
