I am reading a lot about garcinia cambogia a herbal medicine for weight loss. I am a heart patient. I have mild thyroid. My weight is 68kgs and my height is 5.2. Is it advisable to take this herbal preparation. I am a female.

No food works in isolation. Also you are a hypothyroid case and your metabolism is low so crashing intake will further drop metabolism leading to further weight gain. Remember any medication works best only when basic diet is balanced.
