Have a glass of warm milk 30 mins before bedtime. Include salad in lunch & dinner. Have 2-3 whole fruits daily (papaya/ guava/ apple). Include ladies finger (bhindi), leafy vegetables (saag) & sprouts in your diet as often as possible. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes.
