Hye. Thankyou for your query. As well as the recognised immediate effects of drinking too much, such as nausea and vomiting, binge drinking and prolonged heavy drinking over longer periods of time can affect you in many different ways. With continued excessivedrinking, the liver may become inflamed, causingalcoholic hepatitis, whichcan result in liver failure and death. Excessive alcoholcanpermanently scar and damage the liver, resulting in liver cirrhosis and an increased risk of liver cancer. Since there are no health benefits of alcohol there is no actual healthy recommendation. But drinking 4 serves at one go or drinking as much as 3 to 7 times a week could be called as binge drinking.
