Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

take fruit first thing in the morning when u get up.Take small frequent meals.take your dinner by 7:30 pm.Pls do 45 mts physical activity daily.take only 1 tsp sugar daily. avoid sugar free.avoid carbohydrates at night for atleast 2 days a week.Go for a proper diet schedule
