I am following this diet plan and I need your advice Morning lemon honey water 10 am cow milk with cornflakes 12 o'clock lunch (2chapati without ghee, tomato) 3 pm green tea and anar (pomegranate) 7 pm dinner (2chapati) Is this diet plan ok as it reduces my weight without any exercise but in late night I am hungry so what should I eat after 10 pm.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly cornflakes or green tea don't cause weight loss. Secondly there are long gap between meals. If you are deciding to follow a restricted diet to lose weight understand that it will mostly be muscle loss. Do try to do some form of workout. In case you are having an early you can have milk, curd, salad, nuts late at night.
