There are many causes, abnormal cycle, poor hydration or electrolytes at the time of menses, anaemia, thyroid problems, endometriosis etc. Some time there is no big cause as such n pain subsides/disappear after first lady have given birth to first child. Preventing measures are--- 1. Take light meal in those days 2. Do your routine work, avoid much rest, stay engaged in activities. 3. Take plenty of fluids those days, fruit juices / electrolytes to remain energetic. 4. Exercises like paad-paschimotaanaasan can help, make them your routine. 5. Avoid junk n fried food that time. 6. If too much pain drink warm water n you can use hot water bag for fomentation.
