I am a 55 year old healthy, long distance runner. Off late, my performance is coming down and I am unable to run faster. I feel exhausted and worn out. How can I get back my form? I am hungry most of the time.

hello sir, if u loose your stamina and unable to run faster then its all because of your diet. its summer time your body need too mch water if u not drink then u exhaust easily it means drink plenty of water , eat fruits which are of high in water, eat more salad
