I am 20 year old. Even though I do not consume lots of food. I am gaining weight? Suggest me some good diet plan.

You should tell that which diet you r taking at present. Also inform if you have any digestion problem. You should do exercise daily and walking 3 to 5 km daily. Drink plenty of water atleast three to four ltr. Daily. Semi solid die t fibre food fruits salad etc. You should take daily. Avoid junk and oily food.
