I am 24 years old I have back pain from last 10 days Now the pain has little reduced can you give any suggestion regarding, the pain started due to improper way of sleeping.

Its due to muscular spasms of back muscles you should do streching of you r back muscles regularly. If pain persist take pain killers. And do hot water fomentation. At site of back pain. And one then pain reduced o the back muscle strengthning exc. S. Such as in prone lifting you r back from edge of table or bed. Suryanamskar. Push ups. Cat and camel exercise.
