Hello I am 25 year old boy and I am from lavasa pune. I have hair fall problem for last few year and I had tried many medicine but all in vein. So please suggest me some way to get rid from it.

Have a good healthy, nutritious diet have green vegetables, fruits, some dry fruits. Milk egg no junk/spicy/ fast /fried food. Keep head / hair clean, treat dandruff with shampoo katoconazol twice a week. If no dandruff try vatika shampoo, do dry hair massage. Do regular oiling of hair by coconut oil do it at night and wash in the morning. Try for a month and report.
