She is working in marketing sector, so most probably she used to skip foods on time especially lunch and she love to drink juices instead of lunch. But two days before suddenly a heavy stomach pain where she was not able to eat anything. She felt too bad. And after that she felt so uncomfortable in travelling, eating, she is in complete rest were now too the same pain is there.
