I am 26 year old male currently working. I feel sleepy most of the time and tired even I am sleeping properly. I am forgetting things frequently and difficult to recall them in time. Pl help and suggest what kind of medical supervisor I should consult.

Low energy level and sleepiness maybe a result of low motivation or lack of interest in what you are doing. Another reason can be too sedantary lifestyle. Lack of exercise may lead to lethargy. Forgetfulness is also due to lack of interest and/or disorganised work style. Get some exercise. Drink lots of water. Avoid junk food and fried food. Prepare your'to do' list, first thing in the morning. Set timeframes for the tasks. Take a short break when you feel sleepy, in which you should have a glass of water, stretch a bit and then get back to work.
