I don't eat large amount of food/junks/any kind of food, but since my childhood, I seem to gain lots of weight and extra fats in my body. Even if I am maintaining /controlling my diet also, nothing works. I still have to hold on to my heavy fatty body. Please help me to throw out all these extra-un used fats from my body.

Have some physical activity and have proper meals on proper time. Take your dinner as early vas possible I.e.by 7 p.m.in evening.
