I am 40 years old and I got a blood test report with 425 sugar and 2.9 serrum belirubin 5 months ago. But now a days sugar is 110 fasting and 130 pp but bilrubin is still 1.3 to 2.5. And I am not taking any drugs for diabitis from 3 months. In ultra sound and fibroscan a fatty liver is found. But according to ilbs there are no need to take any drug for fatty liver and bilrubin. Can you help me.

I think you had" hepatitis a" 5 months back. You should start metformin 500 mg 1-0-1 after food. This will take care of your fatty liver. Quit alcohol if you take it.
