To gain weight you have to change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, minirales, dry fruites, fruites, milk end milk products, sweets, green vegitabales, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. You take liv 52 syrup 1 spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner for a month than report to me for further advice.
