Hello lybrate user - we shld sleep to keep our body stable and healthy it is as important as food to the body. - reduce the mental stress initially - have always food in time - avoid too much coffee and tea - avoid using electronics like mobile or computers after 10 pm - have a glass of warm water after dinner - make sure you don't have any issues like gastritis or constipation etc health issues - apply medicated oils like brahmi taila to the head and foot before going to bed, this will relive your stress and leads to natural sleep. Thank you.
