Well I have three meals a day. 1) Breakfast - 2 Roti, jam with milk cream, Oats, a slice of bread. 2) Lunch - Again 2 Roti, any dish 3) Rice I don't smoke or drink, and no addiction of anything. Only heredity problem of high cholesterol. Please advise.

Hello lybrate user, - better to cut down milk cream in your diet and add brown bread - you need brisk walk in the morning and evening to control the cholesterol level - also you can adopt measures of ayurveda to reduce the cholestrol level - garlic id the natural best anti hyperlipidemic, hence you can take lashunadi vati 2-0-2 before food.

U should go in for a proper diet to reduce cholesterol. Diet plays a very important role on reducing cholesterol. Inculcate oat bran in your diet. This will help you to reduce cholesterol.
