Dear as you have mentioned your weight and height its perfect. As far as belly fat is concerned avoid long sitting at a time stand for 3 min at every one to one n half hour. Eat fibre rich food eg seasonal fruits vegetables brown rice, bran (chokar) bhuna chana ragi bajra oat etc. Drink plenty of water and other liquids like chhach coconut water lemon water etc. Do exercise n yoga suryanamaskar kapalbhati naukasan halasana etc will help you.
