Hi I am 26 female I have so much pain in my stomach and in all body my sgot and sgpt is high and I have ovarian cyst in both side and my vitamin d is only 13 I have very weak muscle so I have pain in my whole body every time what should I eat which full fill vitamin d requirement and also doesn't affect my liver because I can not take milk because milk doesn't digest or suits me and whenever I eat egg my stomach start aching. What should I eat which balance my vitamin d and stomach problem and suggest some exercise for my muscle pain specially in legs buttocks.

You should take vit d supplement, it is not going to affect your liver. Sunshine is also a good source. If you are non vegetarian you can take meat, liver and egg yolk.
