Have developed pain in my right-hand central knuckle for over two weeks. I am regular in exercises of aerobics and yoga - age 65 years (male). On opening and closing the hand grip pain is in the central knuckle. Taking regular medicine for the stents in lad and the other artry.

My advice will be to wear brace for 2-3 weeks, do intensive ice packs, take gentle anti inflammatory medication which suits you for 3-5 days and then let me know in around 1 week time how you are feeling.
