Hi, avoid stress, take few rest during work or study. Do study with time table. Wash hands and legs with water before going on bed. Avoid to see t v at late night. Try to sleep before 11 pm. Avoid spicy/ salty / oily / fatty meal at dinner. Drink 1 glass of water before sleep. Checkup your b. P. And lipid profile and consult again.
