I have a problem for loosing my weight it's very difficult plzzzz give me some reasonable answer to reduce my weight.

Hello, yes it is difficult and one has to be strong enough to loose weight. Everyone cannot do it, it requires hard work and self control. Everyday 45 minutes work out (cardio+weight lifting) healthy diet, more protein, oil /sugar should be minimum, no fast food. Three months and you will see your body starting to change.
