No for some people 5 hours is enough and you practise meditaion and yoga to get sound sleep.

It's better to sleep for a minimum of 7-8 hours and tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.
