Avoid eating junk and oily food. Take good amount of meal in breakfast. Eat very less in dinner. Do lots of exercise like jogging, skipping,sprinting,stretching etc. You may also go for thyroid test as heavy weight could be because of thyroid issue. You can go for homoeopathic treatment too..
