I am 43 years old. I am suffering Bp and minor heart problems. My problem is sometimes I am doing very angry. I can not control myself at that time. No children nobody. I am doing very critically. Why should I do in this situation?

Dear lybrateuser, -you should try to control your anger by doing mind & body relaxation exercises, take regular walk for 20-30 min daily, do meditation in the morning when you get up, can do yoga, listen to music as these will distress & relax the mind, meet your friends, follow a hobby -these activities will aiso help reduce your bp & keep your heart fit -aiso take a heart healthy diet with more of fruits & vegetables, wholegrains, low fat dairy, nuts, seeds lean meats -get your bp & other investigations done regularly.
