I am 23 year feeding woman. I am suffering from underweight. My height is 5'0 and weight 37. Please suggest.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week or whenever you can and whatever you like. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. If you are breast feeding your needs are higher than normal so take care to eat well or you shall end up with other health issues too.
