do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet. go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength. take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. no drink before and with meals. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate for any advice.
