I am 31 year old male suffering from serious anxiety disorder with digestion problem from past 9 years. I have blurred vision and giddiness. Very scared of closed spaces. Taking etlaam ds from past 4 years, but no use at all. Just wanted to check whether paxil 12.5mg will work, or do I need to take anything else. Kindly suggest.

Thanks for your query. Behaviour therapy can be very useful in your case than drugs. Fear of closed spaces is usually secondary to some subconcious cause which you may have in your mind. It is important that you undergo counselling with a psychotherapist to uncover what was the triggering factor to develop fear of closed spaces. Once that fear is resolved you will cope better.
