I am 17 year old man suffering from knee pain. I do morning jogs for 20 min. Should I continue it?

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Yes continue do warming up exercises and knee excercises. Continue, if pain persist get x ray done.
