Hello dear, you need to kill actual cause of cholesterol. 1. First maintain your eating schedule 2. Avoid fatty, oily and food which is rich with masala. 3. Increase lasun and adrak in regular food. 4. Take less amount of nonveg. 5. Start your day with yoga and some exercise. 6. You can have ghee but it should be cow ghee. 7. And start with following medicine, 1) arogyavardhini tablet 2 tabs before meal twice a day. 2) gokshuradi guggul 1 tab after meal twice a day. And 3) dashmularishta 3 spoon with 3 spoon of water twice a day before food. Take all these medicine for 20 days.
