Hello, reducing weight in 30's is not as easy as it used to be in early days. I see your height and weight provided here, they show that your weight is perfect. -target how many kgs or inches you need to reduce. -make a weight and measurement chart for comparing. -start now, don't wait. -make a diet chart with all the healthy foods everyday, it should have less calories and no fats.(cut down your current diet by 25% flat) -start working out for 45 minutes daily. (any activity that you prefer, jog/brisk walk/yoga/gym/sports anything but do it for 45 mins.) you an make your own diet plan weekly. (it should not exceed 1500 calories a day, if your body allows).
